Mission

We live in a society that has a limited definition of beauty, relegating it to superficial matters, such as jean size and whiteness of teeth. Realize Your Radiance is a one-day workshop that invites women to cast off these stifling notions and explore their individual definitions and expressions of beauty.

Through movement, creation of art, self-nurturing activities, reflection and expression each participant will have opportunities to experience a deep and renewed sense of self. Our goal is to provide opportunities for self awareness and self-expression that will enable each woman to recognize that the world is more beautiful because she is here.

We are working to ensure that Realize Your Radiance is affordable in price and does not promote specific products in any way. We envision this day as an oasis - a way of stepping out of every day life in order to return to it knowing that enduring beauty does not depend upon our age or size but upon finding and expressing our true selves.
